Leek and Goat Cheese Quiche

Last week I made this leek and goat cheese quiche.  It was pretty tasty and I will definitely make it again.  However, I will use 3 eggs next time instead of 2 since it could have been a little firmer for our tastes.  I also used a basil flavored goat cheese (since I already had it in the fridge) so I left out the tarragon and used a little bit of extra basil.  Even Dominic liked it.  =)

It's not very pretty but it was delicious!
